David H. DeBlasio has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1974. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to commercial litigation and the representation of banks and credit granting agencies in the prosecution and protection of their claims. Such claims include foreclosures, credit card defaults, motor vehicle loans, medical recovery and related litigation. Practicing in the protection of creditors’ rights since 1985, Mr. DeBlasio and his associates work almost exclusively in the collection field.
